With consensus ruling, the administration has made an effort to foster an environment that is favorable to fruitful discussion. "Every suspension will be lifted. I have sought things of the Speaker of the Lok Sabha and the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha on behalf of the government. The Speaker and Chairman have authority over this.
