Mahua Moitra Govt Bunglow: Mahua Moitra, the leader of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), continues to have difficulties. Mahua has been sent with a notice to evacuate the government residence after losing her role as an MP in the "cash for query" case. The letter has requested TMC leader Mahua to leave the residence he was given as a Lok Sabha MP immediately, using strong language. Mahua resides in this government mansion at the moment.
The Estate Directorate has sent a notification to the TMC leader. Government property management is the responsibility of the Estate Directorate. According to the warning, Mahua and the other residents of the bungalow would be forced to leave if she doesn't leave on her own. Force can also be applied here if needed. MPs are usually required to leave their government residence as soon as they leave the Parliament.

There have already been notifications: Actually, according to the government's notification, Mahua Moitra had plenty of chances to leave the bungalow. He hasn't done this yet, though. On January 7, the TMC leader received the first request to leave the bungalow. Following this, on January 8, he received another notice in this respect asking him to explain why he hadn't left the bungalow within three days. On January 12, the TMC leader received another notice in this regard from the Estate Directorate. 
In the 'payment for question' case, Mahua was found guilty: The Mahua MP left a month ago, and the Central Government sent him with a notice to evacuate the bungalow. Mahua was found guilty in the 'pay for query' issue by the legislative commission. Mahua Moitra was found guilty of giving businessman Darshan Hiranandani her parliamentary login password. The panel discovered that Mahua had been paid money and given pricey presents in return for disclosing the login-ID password.
knocked on the court's door to request that they leave the cottage: Mahua had already filed a case with the Delhi High Court for failing to vacate the government home. Mahua was instructed by the High Court to seek the Estate Directorate for permission to temporarily reside in the bungalow. The court had declared that under special circumstances, an individual may be granted a six-month stay by the authorities, provided that specific payments are paid. Mahua was requested by the court to rescind her petition and contact the Estate Directorate.
