NEW DELHI: While visiting Andhra Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared that the spirit of Lord Ram permeates the entire country in advance of the opening of the Ram Temple in the sacred city of Ayodhya. "The spirit of Ram permeates the entire nation these days. Words cannot express the depth of Lord Rama's life, inspiration, or the world of faith and devotion that surrounds him. In Andhra Pradesh, Prime Minister Modi stated, "The symbols of governance and discipline embodied by Lord Rama can serve as significant inspiration for individuals as well as institutions."

Tax Reform in the Manner of Lord Ram
As he considered the ideals of Ram Rajya, PM Modi emphasized how tax systems ought to imitate the natural world, such as raindrops falling back on the earth. He highlighted the ten years of tax system improvements in India, which have made things easier and better for taxpayers. We have changed the tax system multiple times in the last ten years because the previous one was difficult for the average person to comprehend. Incompetent tax authorities and business owners suffered as a result. We implemented a contemporary tax structure in the form of GST. The government also simplified the income tax system. We developed a national system of anonymous tax assessments. Due to these reforms, the nation is currently seeing record tax collection."stated PM Modi.

Tax Collections on Record
The nation has seen record revenue collections as a result of these reforms. The increase in the income tax exemption threshold from 2 lakhs to 7 lakhs allowed citizens to save more than 2.5 lakh crore.

Recognizing the Contribution of Taxpayers, Progress Driven by People
Recognizing the conscientious taxpayers, PM Modi emphasized that their contributions are committed to the development of the country. He said that this reflects the fundamentals of Ram Rajya, which is a government based on moral values. The growing percentage of regular taxpayers is indicative of a law-abiding, expanding community. The general welfare of the populace is the purpose of the money raised.
"Our government's top priorities were the fight against corruption and taking action against corruptors. You must have heard about the Niti Aayog report that was made public yesterday. There will be outcomes when a government shows compassion for the impoverished and acts with the intention of ending their misery. According to Niti Aayog, during our nine years in office, around 25 crore people have been lifted out of poverty. In a scathing critique of the Congress, the PM declared, "25 crore people escaped poverty in 9 years, it is historic in a country where slogans like 'Garibi Hatao' were used for years."

Boosting Andhra Pradesh's Infrastructure
In Palasamudram, Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh, Prime Minister Modi opened the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes, and Narcotics (NACIN) campus, highlighting the significance of customs, taxes, and drug education.
