New Delhi: The shocking news of Poonam Pandey's untimely death leaked yesterday, shocking everyone with her official Instagram account. The country was hit by a shock wave, and people are eagerly awaiting updates. Since neither the family nor the government have released an official statement, even 24 hours after her death, speculations have grown. 

Many people on social media sites wondered if the actress's death was a hoax because she didn't appear ill in recent videos that she shared on Instagram. Pandey's official Instagram account sent a message that said, "We're having a difficult morning. We are so sorry to notify you that Poonam, our darling, passed away from cervical cancer. She greeted every living thing that had touched her with unadulterated love and kindness. We would ask for privacy during this difficult time while we cherish the memories we have of her.

Parul Chawla, Pandey's media manager, has verified the actor's passing. The industry has been rocked by the news. Pandey was well-known for her daring images and films. In 2013, she made her feature film debut in "Nasha." In Kangana Ranaut's reality show "Lock Upp," she also made an appearance.

Poonam had made a controversial statement in 2011 stating that she would strip if India won the world cup, demonstrating her boldness and fearlessness when it comes to expressing her opinions.  She also frequently starred in Hindi reality shows and Bollywood movies. She appeared in films such as "Aa Gaya Hero" and "Nasha." The actress's most recent TV indulgence was the reality show "Lock Upp," in which she appeared alongside influencer Anjali Arora and Bigg Boss winner Munawar Faruqui.
